Victoria is the co-founder of the company.

 

Originally from the UK, Vik has worked in the legal industry for over a decade and uses this experience, combined with her keen eye for detail, to support the company.  

 

Vik plays an integral role in coordinating many aspects of our team retreats, called Pause to Consolidate offsites, that are critical to keeping our spirits high and maintaining the sense of focused fun we bring to all our relationships.

 

Now based in Santa Cruz, California, Vik loves spending time with her two dogs as well as developing the next generation of talent represented by her sons Samuel and Morgan.
