FLAGSHIP TEAM EXPERIENCES

BUSINESS MESSAGES PEOPLE REMEMBER.

Our real-life simulations anchor business priorities in an experience people feel—not just hear.

Teams engage emotionally, make decisions together and then apply the learning directly to their work.

Participants still use “On Belay” as shorthand for team commitment—more than 20 years after their Peak Teams experience.

WHEN LEADERS NEED TO

REAL- LIFE SIMULATIONS BUILT FOR BUSINESS

Since 2002, our team has turned real expeditions—from New Zealand’s highest peaks and Arctic crossings to sailing the Inside Passage and surfing big waves around the world—into real-life high-pressure decision experiences for business.

Real footage, consequential choices and live facilitation make behavior under pressure visible.

Leaders learn faster. Teams work better together. Participants remember—and apply—the lessons long after the experience ends.

STRUCTURED FOR IMPACT. FLEXIBLE IN FORMAT.

ONE EXPERIENCE. FOUR STAGES. 90–120 MINUTES.

Teams first establish how they will work together and set themselves up for success.

They then move through two rounds of decisions—first to practise, then under greater pressure as the risks intensify and competing priorities emerge

The experience closes with reflection, application and clear commitments to action.

Each simulation can stand alone. The strongest return comes when it anchors the business messages across a two- or three-day meeting.
