BUILT UNDER PRESSURE.
PROVEN IN BUSINESS.
Peak Teams began here—in Antarctica—in 2002.
Built from real decisions, real consequences and firsthand experience of what pressure does to leaders and teams.

THE DECISION ARCHITECTURE BEHIND PEAK TEAMS
After a decade of making high-stakes decisions on expeditions, Shane Toohey developed a model for helping teams think clearly and act decisively under pressure.
In 2002, he attempted to patent it—only to discover that the U.S. Army had independently filed a comparable decision architecture just six weeks earlier.
It was powerful validation of an approach built in the world’s most demanding environments.
Peak Teams turned that architecture into immersive experiences where leaders confront uncertainty, competing priorities and real consequences—then apply what they learn directly to their business.
By 2006, major engagements with HP and UBS Investment Bank brought Peak Teams from Australia to the United States.
Since then, we have helped organizations including Cisco, Google, McKesson and Mastercard build stronger leaders, better teams and winning cultures.
We create experiences people remember. We improve performance. We close the Pressure Gap.
