Two very different businesses were merged into one new organization.

Following the merger, executives and senior leaders had to move from the stories of the businesses they came from to a shared story about the organization they were building—and bring 30,000 employees with them.

With revenue and employee engagement falling, they needed to rebuild confidence, mobilize their teams and execute quickly.

In partnership, HP and Peak Teams created IGNITE: a 2.5-day global leadership program combining strategic business content, neuroscience, adult learning, expert facilitation, storytelling, and visual
learning.

Leaders clarified the strategy, strengthened how they engaged their teams, and converted priorities into 90-day action plans.
